The Cycles

Other points

  • You must drink six to seven glasses of water a day.
  • You must drink one cup of hot water with half a squeezed lemon.
  • The diet encourages plenty of protein – lean foods, chicken, fish and lean meats.
  • Cutting carbohydrates – the diet eliminates white bread, white rice and white pasta from your diet.
  • Meats you can eat include chicken breasts, turkey breasts, turkey mince, eggs and egg whites.
