Be prepared to learn a lot more about muscles and biomechanics if you want to adapt the techniques described in this book to your training/fitness regime.
The book explains a lot about the common misconceptions most of us have about stretching and then how to go about stretching properly.
My own flexibilibtry has increased markedly since using the book but it does lack examples of routines for different sports; you have to buy another book for that.
Quite technical but helpful.
