Fit and Firm for Men has been designed to help men lose weight and then tone up, and maybe even build a bit of muscle. All you need is a set of barbells, a fit ball, skipping rope, some guts (which we all have too much off) and determination.

Fit and Firm features a walk to run program to get you moving, this is followed by the strength training aspect of the book. Fit and Firm will build the holy trinity of muscle for men; chest, biceps and six pack. Just four days a week will have you seeing results within four weeks.
